Google Ads for webshops

Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen — built so that six months in, you can still answer the only question that matters: what is actually driving sales?

One-off audit, restructure project, or monthly management. Audit first if we haven’t worked together.

How I work — in order

  1. Audit the numbers

Tracking against your back office, brand vs non-brand split, real margins in.

  2. Restructure

Campaigns that map to how you make money, not to how Google suggests you spend.

  3. Test one thing at a time

Each change logged, each with a way to call the result.

  4. Report what happened

A monthly note in plain language: what changed, why, what’s next.

What you get

  • An account structure you can explain to your CFO
  • A change log of every test and its outcome
  • Monthly plain-language reporting
  • Full ownership: your account, your data, documented

What I need from you

  • Access to the account, analytics and your sales data
  • Your real margins — ROAS without margin is a guess
  • One person who can say yes within a week
  • Patience for tests that need four weeks of data

Fair questions

About Google Ads specifically.

Is there a minimum ad budget to work with you?

No hard number — but below a certain spend, my fee is better invested in the ads themselves. I’ll tell you honestly if that’s your case.

Can you take over an account mid-flight?

Yes, and it’s the most common way we start. I don’t rip anything out in week one: first I document what’s running and why, then we agree what changes and in what order.

Do I keep ownership of the account?

Always. The account stays in your Google Ads manager under your billing. I work in it as a linked user, and when we stop, I unlink. Nothing leaves with me.

Suspicious of your own Pmax numbers?

Good instinct. Mail me the details and I’ll tell you whether it’s worth digging.
