Do you work on retainer or per project?
Both. New clients usually start with a one-off audit — it tells us both whether the collaboration makes sense before you commit to a monthly retainer.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What I guarantee is a plan you can follow, a test order you can question, and honest reporting on what happened — including the tests that failed.
Where do you work from?
Tiegem, in West Flanders. On site across Flanders when it helps, remote everywhere else. Most collaborations run perfectly well on mail and a call every few weeks.
Can I call you instead of mailing?
You can, on +32 476 59 87 78 — but I am often in accounts and don't always pick up. Mail gets a reply within one working day, and it means I can look at the numbers before answering.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do, always. Accounts stay in your name under your billing, and I work as a linked user. When we stop, I unlink and you keep everything, documentation included.
